Army Ranger Briggs and Lulu, a Belgian Malinois dog, are forced into an epic road trip down the Pacific Coast to make it to a fellow soldier's funeral on time. Along the way, the pair drive each other crazy, break a few laws, narrowly evade death, and slowly learn to let down their guards in hopes of finding happiness.
