A flight from Incheon to Honolulu turns into a nightmare when an onboard incident leads to signs of an unknown infection among passengers and crew. Detective In-ho, following a tip about a man threatening a terrorist attack on the plane, tries to identify the suspect before it is too late. On the ground, authorities form a counterterrorism task force and struggle to bring the plane down safely as panic spreads both in the air and on land.
