Calvin Joyner, once voted most likely to succeed in high school, is now an accountant leading an ordinary life. As his reunion approaches, he reconnects with Bob Stone, the former classmate who was bullied as Robbie Weirdicht and has since transformed dramatically. Calvin soon gets pulled into danger when the CIA arrives looking for Bob, believing him to be a rogue agent. Bob claims he is trying to stop a man called the Black Badger from selling information that could cause catastrophic harm, leaving Calvin unsure whom to trust.
