Jeanne is headed to Lisbon with plans to clear her debt by putting her mother's apartment up for sale. At the airport, she bumps into Jean, a whimsical and somewhat intrusive former high school friend. As she tries to handle her practical problems, the sunny city opens the door to an unexpected romance and a new encounter from her past.
