Gordon Kinski, a high school teacher from Brooklyn, goes with his girlfriend and chef Sophie Tremblay to her hometown of Quebec City, where she is testing for a Michelin 3-star restaurant run by super-chef Ruby Collins. But Gordon’s trip does not go as planned, and Ruby’s offer turns out to have a hidden purpose.
