A 19-year-old criminal, Tommy, revels in a life of drugs, parties, and violence. One night, separated from his friends, he is abducted and wakes with a chain around his neck in the basement of an isolated suburban home. There he meets a twisted family who set out to reform him through a violent and unsettling rehabilitation process. As their mind games intensify, Tommy frantically looks for a way out.
