It has been two years since Leo Barnes stopped himself from taking revenge on Purge Night. Now he serves as head of security for Senator Charlie Roan as she runs for president, and his job is to protect her from those who want to stop her campaign. When they are forced onto the streets of Washington, D.C. on Purge Night, they must survive until dawn without any help.
