Dave tries to get over a recent breakup by tagging along with his nephew Felix on a school trip, hoping it will also give him a chance to get closer to Miss Caroline, one of the teachers. The outing takes a dark turn when a zombie outbreak erupts, threatening the children and forcing the adults to protect them while keeping the situation from turning into a panic.
