A rookie New Orleans police officer witnesses corrupt cops murder a young drug dealer, and the killing is captured on her body camera. The officers then hunt her down in an effort to destroy the footage, and they also turn a local criminal gang against her by convincing them she is responsible for the dealer's death. Forced to survive both the police and the criminals, she must find a way to expose the truth.
