On the streets of New Orleans, word begins to spread about a mysterious new pill that unlocks superpowers unique to each user. The catch is that no one knows what will happen until they take it: some gain bulletproof skin, invisibility, or super strength, while others suffer deadly consequences. As the drug fuels violent crime across the city, a local cop, a teenage dealer, and a former soldier team up to track down the people behind it and stop the spread of the dangerous new power.
