Government agents once contained a deadly parasitic fungus capable of multiplying rapidly and almost instantly controlling its host. The last sample was sealed away in a secret underground facility, but 18 years later that bunker is now a self-storage warehouse. When two night-shift employees venture into the lower levels out of curiosity, they put themselves in mortal danger as the cooling system fails and the killer fungus begins infecting everything it touches.
